Luray, VA — Subsidium Inc. is pleased to announce that Mr. Chris Clark has taken the helm of Subsidium as President and Chief Executive Officer.  He takes over from Dr. Pat Philbin who left the company to run Crisis1, a company Dr. Philbin started

in 2007.

Chris has been with Subsidium for the past year serving as the Chief Operating Officer.  Chris, a retired U.S. Coast Guard officer, a service disabled veteran, and one of the founding members of the Department of Homeland Security’s leadership team, has distinguished himself in the private sector.

When asked about his assumption to the top leadership role, Chris stated “I am honored to be taking oversuch top level organization and especially look forward to continue working with our great employees and interacting with the people of Page County. Pat left Subsidium in a good position to leverage our experience and skills to serve our customers.  I hope to continue this legacy and grow Subsidium into an organization that customers and employees seek out.”

Previously, Chris served as Vice President of Operations for a government contracting firm where he guided the growth of the company from a small business to a large utilizing the TABSS contract.

The Subsidium Team is thrilled to have Chris as its top executive and looks forward to his leadership in directing Subsidium’s growth.
